Ernst Gabriel, MA, certified accountant and tax manager, has over 20 years of consulting experience and specializes in financial reporting, payroll, international tax law, and transfer pricing.

Ernst Gabriel is a trained industrial business manager and successfully completed the certified accountant examination with a trade license through a second-chance educational path. While working, he earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Tax Management at the University of Applied Sciences Campus Vienna, with a focus on international tax law and transfer pricing. He is currently preparing for the tax advisor examination to further complete his professional qualifications.
His career includes extensive roles in various international companies and over 20 years of experience in tax consulting. He served as Head of Finance and Accounting at TMF Accounting & Payroll Steuerberatungs GmbH, during which time he held several internal and external positions both domestically and abroad — including in Luxembourg, where he acted as CFO DACH for the TMF Group. In addition, he held senior positions such as Chairman of the Board for a client structure and Managing Director of a real estate structure in Croatia, as well as other Austrian companies.
Since early 2023, Ernst Gabriel has been Managing Partner of GGP (Gabriel, Geisler & Partner) — a company founded in 2018. Together with his team, he supports national and international clients in the areas of financial reporting (UGB, IFRS), taxation, and auditing.

Mag. Florian Geisler, MBA, certified public accountant and tax advisor, has been advising national and international clients for more than 20 years in the fields of accounting, taxation, and auditing.

Florian Geisler studied Business Administration at WU Vienna. He is married and has three children.
After completing his studies, he began his career at PwC Vienna in the areas of accounting and taxation, supporting the audit of annual financial statements (2001 to 2007). He then joined the Austrian Court of Audit, where he worked as an auditor from 2008 to 2014. In 2015, he returned fully to tax consulting and worked as a tax advisor—and eventually as managing director—at APS Buchführungs- & Steuerberatungs GmbH in Vienna until 2023.
Since early 2023, he has been a managing partner at GGP (Gabriel, Geisler & Partner), a firm founded in 2018. Together with his team, he supports local and international clients in the areas of financial reporting (UGB, IFRS), taxation, and auditing.
